PiLON is looking for anexperienced Electrical Supervisorto oversee our domestic electrical teams and subcontractors within the social housing sector. Youll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting the growth of our business and team.
What You'll Do :
1. Supervise electricians and subcontractor teams on domestic properties
2. Check and sign off electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Fire alarms)
3. Register jobs with Building Control and oversee subcontractor certificates
4. Conduct weekly site audits and provide technical support to engineers and site teams
5. Produce monthly reports for clients and maintain compliance with GDPR and company policies
6. Support junior colleagues and help develop their skills
