Salary and Benefits

Role Responsibilities
* Manage fire and building safety remediation projects from inception to completion, including contractor and developer coordination.
* Embed lessons learned into business practices.
* Administer contracts robustly and oversee procurement processes.
* Provide technical support on complex building safety and maintenance issues.
* Procure and oversee fire and building safety contracts to maintain and improve assets.
Candidate Profile
* HND in Building Surveying or Project Management or related qualification.
* Desirable: RICS/MRICS, APM, or MCIOB membership.
* Experience in project management within housing and planned maintenance environments.
* Contract management experience, including JCT and NHF contracts.
* Strong knowledge of building laws, regulations, and legislation.
