This opportunity involves no entry or franchise fee. Directors can run their own region as an Associate, building a team of advisors, partners, and clients. The role emphasizes business development and sales, with flexible hours (2-3 days/week), complementing your existing commitments. The long-term goal is for the business to be owned by its senior team via structures like an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
This role resembles a franchise but operates on a fee-sharing basis, with no franchise or annual fees. As an Associate, you'll manage your region, engaging in business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service. Selling ability is essential.
Role Responsibilities:
* Leverage an existing network of over 150 senior advisors across the UK.
* Act as a part-time Operations, Commercial, Managing Director, or Non-Executive Director, with the option to also serve as an Advisor.
* Focus on regions such as London, East Midlands, and Scotland.
* Build and manage your regional team and client base.
