As an Asset Manager, you’ll oversee renewable assets on behalf of investors, ensuring they perform according to the business plan. Working closely with O&M teams, you’ll focus on optimizing performance and returns, while seeking continuous improvement. This role combines operational, commercial, and financial responsibilities, allowing you to manage a diverse portfolio of technologies and make a significant impact in renewable energy.
Specifically, as Asset Manager, you will be dedicated to offshore wind assets, overseeing their performance, optimization, and long-term value for EDF Renewables' offshore wind portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Asset Manager, you will drive performance, ensuring our renewable assets deliver maximum value while building strong stakeholder relationships. Your role involves optimizing operations, solving challenges, and making a real impact in renewables.
* Ensure full compliance with commercial agreements and maintain relationships with investors, OEMs, Engineers, and landowners.
* Collaborate with O&M and OEM teams to improve operational performance and maximize generation availability.
* Manage forecasts, budgets, variance reports, and key operational and financial data.
* Develop and refine asset management processes and procedures.
* Support project development and transition to full operational status.
* Troubleshoot operational, financial, and technical issues across departments.
* Partner with internal teams to enhance repairs, investment planning, and asset life extensions.
* Own the Profit & Loss for assigned assets.
* Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
* Manage valuation models and processes for asset valuation.
* Support the design and implementation of asset management IT systems.
* Maintain data management systems and oversee audit activities.
* Review monthly O&M reports and ensure insurance compliance.
* Manage contractual compliance, including trade agreements and warranty claims.
* Assist with asset acquisitions and origination activities.

What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Engineering or Business with 2+ years’ experience in asset management within the renewable sector.
* Strong analytical, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
* Collaborative, adaptable, eager to learn.
* Understanding of energy markets, policies, and renewable technologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in project management or financing.
Location: Teeside Wind Farm. You must be within a commutable distance to attend the site.
