Overview:
We are recruiting for an expereinced vehicle invoicer to effectively and efficiently process the Company’s Retail Administration (Dealerships) in a timely manner
Required knowledge & experience:
1. Vehicle Retail Administration Knowledge
2. Warranty administration knowledge
3. Technical components knowledge
4. Knowledge of manufacturers book times
5. Dealership experience
Main Tasks:
6. To carry out the Central Department’s retail invoicing efficiently, focusing on RTC Tipton's customers
7. To understand Warranty / National contract procedures
8. Create pro forma’s from work instruction to obtain order numbers before invoicing
9. To understand relevant systems relating to the Central Admin dept. including changes and on-going developments.
10. To advise Depot Manager of any cost rejection so that appropriate action can be taken.
11. To keep up to date with all aspects of changes within Warranty procedure and to maintain Policy and Procedure file.
12. To effectively monitor the Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure Workshop instructions can be cleared as soon as possible.
13. Achieve budgeted labour rates and invoicing efficiency.
14. To ensure all invoice queries are quickly and effectively resolved.
15. To have regard for any Quality Controls operated within the service department.
16. To ensure all Technicians’ paperwork is completed accurately to maximise profitability.
