Kingdom Services Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance specialist to join the team as a Credit Controller on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. As part of the Credit Control team, you will ensure all group debts are collected in a timely manner and all queries are investigated. Where : Head Office – Newton-le-Willows, WA12 area. When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team with an immediate start Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Weekly award and recognition scheme. Skill requirements: 2 years minimum experience in a Credit Control role. Strong understanding of Credit Control process and compliance. Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills. Positive, initiative-taking attitude to collections. Persistence and determination. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative to prioritise workload. A team player. PC literate with experience using SAGE and Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Control and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring Customer payments are received in a timely manner. Issue Customer statements and invoices via email. Make and receive customer telephone calls. Reply to Customer emails. Assist in the resolution of customer queries to eliminate payment delays. Reporting on debtors’ status / overdue accounts. Maintaining accurate records. Consult with other Kingdom Centres to deliver a best-in-class service to Customers. Assist with general admin duties within department. Observe and comply with all company policies and procedures. Any additional fair and reasonable task requests. Service: Install and embed best-in-class systems. Deliver a best-in-class service through a quality resourced and well manged infrastructure.
