What you will do:
– Administer a range of chemotherapy treatments as per the patient’s care plan, maintaining the highest professional standards.
– Foster strong, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders, contributing to a positive treatment journey and recovery.
– Document all clinical data accurately and report any adverse drug events following correct protocols.
– Stay updated with nursing practices and actively fill any clinical competency gaps.
– Travel to patients’ homes is required, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
