This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support a busy transport operation. The Role: As a Transport Administrator, you will assist the Operations Transport Manager with a range of administrative tasks to help ensure the efficient running of the business. Key Responsibilities Supporting drivers with the HR and Payroll system, including submitting timesheets and expenses Checking and authorising driver timesheets Assisting with pay-related queries and escalating to the payroll team where required Managing stock control and ordering, including Personal Protective Equipment Administering tachograph data, including driver hours and activities Supporting Health, Environment and Quality administration, including booking drug and alcohol testing Carrying out general administrative duties such as minute taking, updating notice boards, filing and responding to internal queries What We're Looking For Previous administrative experience is essential Previous experience within a transport environment is essential Good knowledge of drivers' hours rules and tachograph regulations Strong organisational and time management skills Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft ...
