To provide excellent standards of cleanliness whilst working to schedules relevant to allocated areas.
To be flexible on a day-to-day basis, moving area to area and across departments within Domestic Services.
To operate machinery within Domestic Services, such as floor cleaning equipment, following health and safety guidance and training.
Conduct environmental cleaning, wall washing, and deep cleaning as required. Provide flexible support for wall washing during times of service escalation.
Liaise with location department managers as required, as well as the Domestic Manager.

South Tyneside is hiring several permanent domestic staff with various shifts available. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness is essential. Shift times may vary weekly, with enhancements paid for weekend and night shifts.
Shift schedule includes:
* Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10pm to 6am
* Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10pm to 6am
* 22.5 hours per week
* Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 4.30pm to 7.30pm
* Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4.30pm to 7.30pm
Average of 10.5 hours per week.
