Cloud Hosting Technology Lead - Contract Opportunity
Location: Wokingham (Full Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
The Role:
As the Cloud Hosting Technology Lead, you will be pivotal in managing and delivering reliable, scalable cloud hosting and technology services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Defining and implementing service strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Owning incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure service stability.
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to meet service expectations and SLAs.
* Driving continuous improvement and managing risk assessments for cloud operations.
* Providing strong leadership and guidance to technical teams.
* Ensuring strict compliance with security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
About You:
* Strong, demonstrable experience in managed services, cloud hosting, and IT service management.
* Expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
* In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and the service lifecycle.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Additional Information:
* Must be eligible for SC (Security Check) Vetting.
* Willingness to work a 4-on, 5-off shift pattern (07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00 shifts).
