In this role, you’ll:
1. Deliver exceptional standards of clinical care to surgical patients
2. Support and guide your team, fostering a positive and forward-thinking culture
3. Take responsibility for the department in the Ward Manager’s absence
4. Contribute to service development and innovation across the perioperative pathway.
