What you'll do:
* Provide administrative support to the Sales, Expediting, and Warehouse teams.
* Carry out general admin tasks such as filing, maintaining records, updating internal systems and portals, ordering stationery, and processing Material Movement Tickets (MMTs).
* Liaise with suppliers and customers to obtain and communicate delivery updates.
* Learn and assist with basic document control processes.
* Develop understanding of key areas such as import procedures, commodity codes, and country of origin requirements.
* Support internal sales operations as required.
* Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
* Carry out any other duties as required to support the wider business.
