We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Executive & Office Administrator to join our small but mighty Commercial team at Ryvita. As part of the ABF group, we have ambitious plans for growth, and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us get there.
The role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on a brand that is loved by millions through supporting our commercial team.
Key Accountabilities
We're looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic Commercial Executive & Office Administrator to join our passionate and driven Ryvita team.
The core focus of this role is to support our Commercial Team and to work with our customers on account administration, we anticipate this will be around 60% of the role. This would include activities such as EPOS pulls, invoice management and reconciliation, forecast review inputs, promotional submissions & new line forms.
You will also support the Ryvita office, enable the smooth running of the site and support the Ryvita Leadership Team with office administration for around 40% of the week.

* Able to analyse and evaluate data, proficiently using Excel, Word, Powerpoint and online data sources, to make informed recommendations or decisions.
