Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct client due diligence (CDD) on new and existing clients from an AML and reputational risk perspective.
* Carry out client and matter risk assessments, evaluating factors like jurisdiction and commercial activities.
* Run company searches on all new client engagements determining if there are any PEPs, sanctions or negative media issues.
* Manage the AML workflow, escalating issues as needed, and ensure accurate client data in internal systems.
