Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Bristol, United Kingdom. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting and delivering packages to our customers in the Bristol and surrounding areas. We provide a van, fuel card, and insurance to ensure you have the necessary tools to succeed in this role.
* Safely operate a company-provided van to deliver packages to customers in a timely manner
* Load and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling of all items
* Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package delivery
* Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally
* Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
* Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the dispatch team
* Operate an electronic device for GPS route guidance
Qualifications
* Independent problem solver with good communication skills in English
* The ability and willingness to be able to use stairs to deliver packages
* Able to lift and deliver packages (up to 23 kg.)
* Full and valid UK or EU Manual Driving License (max 6 points, NO active IN, DR or TT codes)
* Must pass a criminal background check
* Where vans are provided, they are held overnight at the station therefore you must be able to commute to and from the station
* Must be at least 21 years old
