This is a business that takes architecture seriously and creates the space for senior engineers to lead, influence and make a lasting impact.The RoleThis is a Staff Software Engineer position focused on frontend and full stack systems built primarily in React and modern JavaScript and TypeScript. You will operate as a technical force multiplier across a suite of products - driving architectural decisions, unblocking teams, improving system performance and partnering across engineering to align on standards, practices and long term technical direction. Working closely with Product, Platform and SRE teams, you will deliver high quality user facing applications, tackle legacy frontend complexity and ensure engineering best practices are consistently applied across the organisation.
