Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies and passion for racing; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your mission
* Providing kits for Cleanroom and Assembly
* Loading, operating, and unloading autoclaves
* Demolding cured components and releasing tools
* Laminating tools & bonding jigs management
* Providing consumables and safety equipment for composite production
* Distributing replacement tools and preparing tools for new employees
* Carrying out machine maintenance
* SAP bookings
Your profile
* Apprenticeship in a craft or technical field
* Knowledge in composite production is a plus
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
* IT experience with MS Office products
* Positive attitude and proactive mindset
* Precise and reliable work methods
* Independent working style
* Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous
* Willingness to work where needed and to work extra hours if necessary
* Willingness to participate in shift work (rotation: 2 weeks early / 2 weeks late). Working hours: 05:30-15:00 and 16:30-01:30
