Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and forward-thinking GP to join our team. We are seeking one or two GPs to cover up to 8 sessions.

Main duties of the job
The following are the core responsibilities of the Salaried GP. There may occasionally be a requirement to carry out other tasks, depending on workload and staffing levels:
* The delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population
* The provision of services in line with the GMS contract
* Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance
* Effective management of long-term conditions
* Timely processing of administration, including referrals, repeat prescriptions, and other related tasks
* On a rotational basis, undertake telephone triage and duty doctor roles

* 4 partners and 6 salaried GPs
* Two sites: Davenal House Surgery and Stoke Prior
* Patient population of approximately 9,600
* Training practice for GP registrars and Foundation Doctors
* Part of Bromsgrove and District PCN, offering same-day Hub sessions
* Allied healthcare professionals including pharmacists, ANPs, and PAs
* Care for 7 care homes
