Project Manager Responsibilities Lead strategic ERP implementation projects with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM). Deliver enterprise transformation initiatives across ERP, Finance, and HR/People systems. Define project scope, objectives, benefits realisation plans, and success criteria aligned to business strategy. Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and resource forecasts. Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate. Establish governance forums including steering committees and working groups, ensuring clear reporting and escalation. Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, SMEs, and third-party system integrators. Oversee data migration, systems integration, testing, cutover, and transition to BAU. Drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and organisational change management activities. Ensure projects meet security, regulatory, and corporate governance standards. Project Manager Requirements Proven experience delivering medium-to-large scale ERP transformation and business change programmes. Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects. Demonstrable experience managing budgets, business cases, risks, and vendor contracts. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders. Experience leading multi-disciplinary business and IT teams.
