Manage one or more real estate sales offices. Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales team to meet profitability and growth objectives. Collaborate with executive sales management and affiliated partners to implement sales office programs, policies, and objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
Common activities include, but are not limited to:
1. General Management of Sales Office
* Implement programs to meet or exceed objectives related to profitability, budget, revenue, transaction volume, and other key metrics.
* Promote affiliated services and develop partnerships to meet office goals.
* Communicate company initiatives and support agents and staff effectively.
* Manage staff recruitment, training, development, evaluation, coaching, and scheduling.
* Provide accurate reports and attend company meetings.
1. Recruitment, Development, and Support of Sales Associates
* Develop strategies for recruiting and retaining sales associates.
* Coach and mentor agents to enhance performance and sales knowledge.
* Support agents in transaction issues and customer interactions.
* Lead sales meetings and organize community outreach activities.
1. Other Management Responsibilities
* Maintain a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Participate in community and industry activities.
* Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry trends.
* Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience: 6+ years in real estate with proven sales success; management experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
* Knowledge of real estate regulations and transactions.
* Proficiency in technology and communication tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Additional Requirements
* Licensed Realtor and NY State Broker license for at least 2 years.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $117,500 - $150,000 annually, with potential incentives. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401(k), and more.
