Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-performing team in Helsinki, Finland on a prestigious, high-profile project. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise all on-site electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines. * Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams. * Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at all times. * Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. * Safely manage works within live environments, ensuring client systems remain operational during construction activities. * Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and foster effective working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Requirements: * A qualified electrical tradesperson with 5–10 years’ experience supervising large installation teams and subcontractors. * Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices. * Proven experience working with both electrical and mechanical systems. * Competent with relevant software and digital systems.
