Assist the Head of Conduct & Culture EMEA at Natixis UK with research, present and preparation of presentation papers and support, and in day-to-day activities Contribute, coordinate, or lead key firm initiatives within conduct & culture Coordinate and Document Key Conduct Committees Main responsibilities of the role Working in very close and confidential collaboration with the Head of Conduct & Culture EMEA, main responsibilities, and duties of the role: Risk assessments Assist in preparing the files and questionnaire ahead of the interview Booking meetings with stakeholders Preparation of survey questions and producing graphs and written survey results Liaise with BM for updates to the consolidated risk assessment Take notes and produce summary of risk interviews Assist in producing draft enhancement plan Assist with tracking of action points Training Assist with research and brainstorming of ideas for training content Liaise with HR for current and relevant list of employees Liaise with Communications regarding producing and sending invitations Be in charge of diary management Assist with tracking of attendance London Conduct Committee (LCC) & EMEA Conduct Committee Preparation of the agenda Collect MI data and liaise with stakeholders for collection of data, background information and analysis Assist with producing the conduct & culture dashboard Assist with developing and enhancing the dashboard Horizon scanning for conduct news in the market Assist with producing the quarterly presentation Coordinate the agenda with key stakeholders Take notes and produce minutes Update the action log Culture Support the Head of Conduct & Culture EMEA in the design and implementation of initiatives contributing the the promotion of Natixis Culture and Values: surveys, training, D&I initiatives etc Points & Perks Take ownership of the internal employee recognition system Points & perks Liaise with HR to update list of employees and upload points & perks Liaise with the software provider Workstars Record and track the culture metrics for usage and engagement of the system Global projects Support the Head of Conduct & Culture EMEA in any global project which requires involvement from a conduct & culture standpoint Support and minutes of London Conduct Committee and EMEA Conduct Committee Support and minutes for the conduct risk assessment Assist with presentations for the London Conduct Committee and EMEA Conduct Committee Required skills, qualifications and experience Good understanding of Investment Banking or Capital Markets activities, ideally acquired through previous internships or apprenticeships in Bank, Asset Management, Hedge Fund, Consultancy/Strategy Group Grad/Post Grad degree Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Power BI skills or Excel programming skills would be an added advantage To produce synthesis and convey straight to the point communication, including committee minutes Ability to make presentations in concise and articulate way Proactive, able to work autonomously, reliable Inquisitive mind and interest in learning Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all seniority levels Fluent English ]]
