What youll do day to day
* Drivingsales successby administering the process from vehicle sourcing to delivery.
* Supportingour sales teamsby efficiently processing vehicles through every stage of the Group 1 sales journey.
* Ensuringaccuracyby meticulously creating and maintaining detailed vehicle records.
* Contributingto financial successthrough timely and accurate invoicing.
* Streamliningoperationsby adhering to established processes and implementing improvements.
* Providingexceptional customer serviceby responding promptly to internal and external enquiries.
* Buildingstrong relationshipswith our retail centre teams to foster collaboration.
Helpful skills and qualifications
* A strong foundation in administrative tasks.
* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Strong IT skills and ability to input and process data.
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and share information clearly.
* The ability to thrive under pressure and embrace new challenges.
