Teaching Personnel is recruiting both male and female PE supply teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Northamptonshire, delivering predominantly practical PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.

* Qualified PE teachers (QTS or equivalent), or sports coaches with school-based experience
* Confident deliverers of practical PE sessions, across a range of sports
* Teachers who can adapt quickly to new school environments and routines
* Strong role models who can positively engage pupils and manage behaviour
* Passionate individuals who promote physical activity, teamwork, and resilience

Expectations for Daily PE Cover:
* Deliver engaging and safe practical PE lessons in line with the school’s curriculum
* Supervise a range of activities including football, netball, rugby, basketball, athletics, and fitness
* Encourage participation, fair play, and positive behaviour
* Ensure correct use of sports equipment and promote safe practice at all times
* Liaise with the school’s PE department to follow existing lesson plans
* Take registers and manage student conduct in line with school policies
* Support pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs
* Be dressed appropriately for practical teaching (sportswear and suitable footwear)
