A history of working in deploying and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Experience of troubleshooting and managing devices and policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Microsoft Intune. Working experience of Hyper-V within previous roles.
