Our client in Manchester, IA, is seeking MIG Welders to join their family-oriented team on all shifts .
You will perform a variety of tasks to support the production of top-quality, customized products. These duties require strong attention to detail to properly prepare equipment for the next stage in a high-quality manufacturing process.

Pay Range:
MIG Welder
1st Shift $23
2nd Shift per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
3rd Shift $23 per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00

What will you be doing?
* Use templates or measurements to position parts and subassemblies
* Examine connections for proper fit and assembly
* Weld parts using hand-held MIG welding equipment
* Remove excess weld, slag, or splatter using hand tools or grinders
* Operate overhead cranes to move parts
* Conduct quality checks with detailed inspection of finished products
What’s needed?
* 1+ years of MIG welding experience
* Proven ability to weld using a hand-held MIG welder
* Ability to read blueprints and specifications, and follow procedures
* Attention to detail and basic understanding of shop math
* High school diploma or GED
* 18 years or older
* Availability to work overtime, including Saturdays
