Responsibilities
1. Groundwork for bank account reconciliations
2. Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation differences
3. Work closely with stores, providing support and guidance on banking queries
4. Administer bank downloads and complete control checks
5. Involved with month-end routines including posting of journals
6. Raising purchase orders for banking services
7. Investigate chargebacks with banks and stores
8. Verifying and raising payment requests
9. Cover and support for Banking Supervisor
Experience
* Experience of working within a similar administrative role
* Professional telephone and email manner to support store queries
* Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
* Experience in reconciling bank accounts is an advantage
* Intermediate Excel skills / experience working with large volumes of data
* Enjoys working within a team
* Desire to learn and develop
