In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience across online and offline marketing – everything from social media campaigns and email marketing to events and printed materials. If you're ready to learn, willing to get stuck in, and excited about helping us expand our impact, we’d love to hear from you.In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.**A Typical Day in the Job:*** Assist in planning and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.* Support the coordination and execution of events.* Help design, produce, and distribute printed marketing materials.* Create and schedule email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.* Contribute to social media campaign creation and management, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms.* Monitor social media analytics and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all channels.* Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas to campaigns.Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge*** Willingness to learn and develop new skills across all areas of digital and traditional marketing.* Proactive attitude and takes initiative on tasks and projects.* Flexibility to work across different locations, environments, and types of marketing activity.* Positive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork and collaboration.* Adaptable mindset with the ability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.* Attention to detail when creating or reviewing marketing materials and content.* Creative thinking with an interest in generating ideas for campaigns and content.* Basic understanding or interest in marketing platforms and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, or website CMS) – experience is desirable but not essential.* Reliable and organised, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.**Salary, Hours&Benefits:*** £16,500-£19,000 per annum* 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:30-5:30pmThis apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing.
