You will help ensure the smooth running of our transport operation for a major client and recognised brand. Role Responsibilities: Plan daily fleet maintenance to ensure efficiently, balancing compliance, costs, resources, and customer needs. Keep planning systems accurate and up to date with all operational changes. Manage changes to operational requirements and understand their impact on cost and resources. Produce clear short-term and forward-looking fleet plans Identify potential issues early and put practical solutions in place to maintain service levels. Support vehicle servicing schedules, MOTs, documentation, and compliance activities. Maintain a good working knowledge of UK and European transport rules and best practice. Work with Fleet and Compliance Managers to arrange Irish fleet repatriation for MOT when needed. Identify and report cost or resourcing issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
