Responsibilities:
1. Carry out cleaning tasks across production and non-production areas, including machinery, floors, walls, drains, and equipment.
2. Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures in line with HACCP standards and internal hygiene protocols.
3. Safely handle and operate industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment.
4. Accurately complete hygiene records, cleaning logs, and checklists.
5. Assist in setting up and maintaining cleanliness of processing areas before and after production.
6. Report any issues or damages to equipment or facilities immediately to the supervisor.
7. Ensure personal hygiene and wear appropriate protective clothing according to standards.
8. Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure cleanliness supports food safety compliance.
