A Temporary Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger is required for a period of 6 months for a thriving business. Bring your eye for detail and love of organisation to this international business. You'll be at the heart of the finance team, keeping everything running smoothly - from processing invoices to reconciling statements, creating sales invoices, and supporting admin tasks across departments. This role is fully office based but there is flexibility on start time.
What You'll Do:
Process and match purchase invoices to orders
Handle supplier statements and payment runs
Create customer sales invoices
Maintain accurate financial records and filing
Provide admin support to other teams when needed
What You Bring:
Accounts payable or finance office experience
Familiarity with SAP Business One (advantageous)
Top-notch attention to detail and organisational skills
Team player with strong communication skills
