We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at MercerMarsh Benefits. This role will be based in Birmingham or Bristol. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
* Support data gathering, organizing, entry, and analysis for client projects
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver excellent client service
* Handle client and member queries via verbal and written communication
* Promote continuous improvement within your team and location
* Maintain technical and market knowledge
* Review work for junior colleagues
* Participate in client meetings as needed
* Serve as a technical and training resource for colleagues
What you need to have:
* Experience in administrative roles within professional services
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Comfort working with numbers
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with deadline focus
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, establishing rapport with clients and colleagues
