The role: As Internal Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Leading a diverse team of Account Managers and Customer Service Associates Driving performance through coaching, training, and clear KPIs. Supporting the Head of Sales with strategic planning and execution. Managing recruitment, development, and performance across the sales function. Playing a key role in the transition to a new ERP system. Key Responsibilities Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to meet revenue and margin goals. Provide ongoing training and development for account managers and support staff. Analyse KPIs and sales metrics to drive performance and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Contribute to bids, tenders, and digital sales transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies. Support business development and strengthen customer relationships. Requirements You’ll bring: Proven experience in an internal sales management role, within a B2B environment. Background in FMCG, distribution, or fulfilment sectors. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Confidence to manage a diverse team and collaborate cross-functionally.
