The Role This is a high-impact, hands-on HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders across a growing, multi-site operation. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, aligning people strategy with commercial objectives while delivering operational excellence across key HR activities. The role combines strategic influence with day-to-day delivery, particularly across organisational change, employee relations, and workforce planning.
