Location: Esher Hybrid working:1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days working from home

This role will primarily focus on employee relations casework, supporting managers across the organisation while ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently. It is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in providing first-line HR support and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver pragmatic and consistent HR advice.
* Provide HR advice to stakeholders, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
* Manage a range of employee relations cases, including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and appeals.
* Provide oversight and support across recruitment and resourcing, including reviewing job specifications, assisting with interviews, and supporting onboarding processes.
* Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely provision of information.
* Ensure HR advice and practices remain compliant with UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Identify potential HR risks and provide coaching and guidance to line managers on people management issues.
* Support wider HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, salary review processes, and policy updates.
What we are looking for:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
* Experience working in a large, diverse, and fast-paced organisation.
* Strong written communication skills, particularly for formal HR documentation.
* Excellent organisational and case management skills.
* Confidence in influencing and advising managers at all levels.
