Richard Abson Group is assisting a Premium Car Dealership in Llandudno in finding an experienced Parts Advisor. Your role will be to coordinate all parts sales, ensuring customers and technicians have the parts they need when they need them. Responsibilities include dealing with customer inquiries, liaising via telephone, serving parts to in-house and retail customers, and managing stock for a busy parts department. Some lifting and carrying will be involved. A good understanding of customer needs to guide them towards suitable products/services is essential.
The dealership offers a basic salary of £29,000 with an OTE of £33,000 including bonus and overtime. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5:30pm, and every 3rd Saturday, 8:30am-12:30pm. The role is based in a team of 3.
