Our client is on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Domestic Electrician to join their growing team. What They Do
They work primarily in social housing properties, providing a range of electrical services including:
* EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
* Void property works
* Day-to-day electrical repairs
* Full and partial rewires
* Fan installations
* Surge protection device (SPD) installs
This role will predominately be on their fan contract which involves both the install and replacements of domestic extractor fans.
Responsibilities
* Perform electrical installations, inspections, and repairs in social housing properties
* Carry out EICRs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Complete void property works and routine maintenance
* Install, test, and replace domestic extractor fans as part of the fan contract
* Contribute to upskilling and sharing knowledge with the team
What They’re Looking For
* A fully qualified Electrician with solid domestic experience and strong testing skills
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Level 3 in Inspection and Testing
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in inspection and testing
* A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Hours & Pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM; 8AM-4PM hours available (extra hours available)
