We are conducting a search for an Operations Manager to join a brand new growing premium casual dining group with two successful restaurants and a clear plan to scale to 20 sites in the next 5 6 years. We're now seeking a hands on Operations Manager to lead the existing sites and build the foundation for expansion.
This is a founder led business who has a proven track record of creating and scaling highly successful restaurant groups. The right candidate will play a major role in shaping the brand, operations, culture, and future growth.
The Role Lead day to day operations across multiple restaurants
Support and mentor General Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Drive commercial performance: labour, GP, cost control & P&L management
Implement scalable systems, processes, and training
Ensure operational consistency, brand standards & food safety compliance
Play a key role in new site openings and launch execution
Be highly present in the restaurants this is a very hands on operational role
About You Proven experience as an Operations Manager or strong Multi Site Manager in premium casual dining
Confident leading teams in a fast paced, high growth environment
Strong commercial acumen with a history of improving performance
Hands on leadership style with excellent communication skills
Thrives in an entrepreneurial, founder led environment
Ambitious, driven, and excited to grow with a scaling brand
