Sourdough Kneading & Baker Specialist
* Demonstrated expertise in sourdough production, including fermentation and baking processes
* Strong technical proficiency in dough handling and artisan baking methods
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
* Recognised qualification or substantial experience in confectionery production
* Proven ability to produce a wide range of high-quality pastries and desserts
* Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in presentation and taste
* Competitive salary of £550 per week (net, after tax)
