About the role
The successful candidates will work within our Housing support service, aiming to prevent evictions and support tenancy sustainment. Recovery Workers collaborate with service users to identify their goals and passions, develop tailored treatment plans, and guide them on their recovery journey. This role involves delivering continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, interventions, and key work responsibilities. You will manage an active caseload, building respectful and dignified relationships with clients.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31/03/2026, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work. The salary ranges from £24,000 to £26,000 annually.

We seek a compassionate, motivated individual with excellent relationship-building skills. Experience in health, social care, criminal justice, or related fields, especially with substance misuse issues, is preferred. You should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and work well within a team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Above all, we value a positive, engaging attitude and a genuine passion for our work.
