Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company
* Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls as necessary
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised calendar for the team
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills are crucial for this position
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Typing proficiency is required for data entry tasks
