My client is a leading Civil Engineering Main Contractor currently carrying out work on behalf of National Grid. They are seeking a Stakeholder Manager for a minimum 6-month assignment to effectively engage with relevant parties regarding a power cabling project in Suffolk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Managing engagement with affected landowners for both projects.
2. Handling land access consents across various delivery phases.
3. Managing land cost forecasts.
4. Overseeing property and compensation payments to landowners and tenants.
5. Supporting the delivery of project milestones, ensuring best practices, and maintaining high safety standards.
