We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Pay Rate: £13.50

Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Saturday 7 hours per day
Location: Co Op, 42-44 Causewayhead Road, Stirling, Falkirk, Scotland, FK9 5EY
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
2. Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
3. Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
4. Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
5. Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.

8. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
9. Ability to follow schedules and lead a team effectively.
