At TIP, you’ll take full ownership of branch performance -leading people, driving FleetCare growth, and maximising productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing ✔️ Own full branch performance, including P&L, productivity, and revenue growth across FleetCare and PAYGO ✔️ Lead, coach, and develop Workshop Foreman and teams to drive efficiency, quality, and output ✔️ Maximise workshop and MSU productivity through strong operational control and planning ✔️ Drive customer satisfaction and commercial performance, supporting sales and key account growth ✔️ Manage vendor performance, costs, and recharge activity to protect and improve profitability ✔️ Ensure full compliance with EHS, servicing standards, and operational procedures across the branch ✔️ Analyse branch performance data (costs, utilisation, customer activity) to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement ✔️ Lead on compliance, audits, and issue resolution, ensuring all inspections, defects, and actions are closed efficiently and on time What You’ll Bring ✔️ Strong commercial mindset with proven experience managing P&L, costs, and driving profitability ✔️ Leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance ✔️ Operational expertise in workshop, fleet, or service environments with a focus on productivity and efficiency ✔️ Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and customer management skills ✔️ Analytical thinker who can use data to make decisions, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement Why TIP?
