We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a local authority’s repairs and maintenance team based in Warwickshire. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties.
We’re looking for a Plumber experienced in repairs and maintenance on domestic properties. This is a stable, full-time role ideal for someone with social housing or council experience.
Duties Include:
Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of domestic plumbing systems, including pipework, fixtures, and fittings.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and heating problems.
Install and repair domestic appliances connected to water supply
Fit and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, radiators, boilers, and heating systems.
Carry out fault-finding and perform necessary corrective actions in line with safety regulations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £22.22 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £19.07 inclusive of holiday).
You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.
You will need:
Proven experience in Plumbing, ideally within social housing or council work
Your own basic hand tools and PPE
Full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
