Job Summary Hibaldstow Medical Practice is a friendly and supportive rural dispensing practice located in the Lincolnshire village of Hibaldstow, serving a close-knit rural community across the surrounding villages.
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our well‑established team for 4/5 sessions per week.
Situated within easy commuting distance of Scunthorpe, Lincoln, and Doncaster, this is an excellent opportunity for a GP seeking the benefits of rural general practice whilst remaining well connected to surrounding towns and cities.

Main Duties of the Role
Undertake routine GP consultations and clinical sessions.
Provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
Manage a varied clinical caseload within a rural general practice setting.
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using SystmOne.
Support continuity of care and collaborative team working.
Participate in practice meetings and clinical discussions where appropriate.
Contribute to the ongoing development of practice services.
Support the values and learning environment of a University Teaching Practice.

Person Specification Essential:
Experience of working within a General Practice setting.
Experience managing a varied clinical caseload independently.
Experience delivering high‑quality patient‑centred care.
Experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records.
Fully qualified GP with current GMC registration and licence to practice.
Included on the NHS England Performers List.
MRCGP qualification (or equivalent).
Desirable:
Experience using SystmOne clinical system.
Experience working within a rural or dispensing practice.
Experience within a teaching or training practice environment.
Experience contributing to service development or quality improvement initiatives.
Interest or experience in teaching/training within a University Teaching Practice environment.
