Key Responsibilities:
* Handle contractual and legal elements of construction projects to ensure profitability and compliance
* Prepare accurate estimates for materials, time, and labour
* Source, appoint, and manage subcontractors to meet build and quality targets
* Monitor subcontractor performance against budgets and KPIs
* Collaborate across departments to drive project delivery
* Produce valuation reports and commercial insights for management
* Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in the housebuilding industry is essential
* Strong understanding of HSE regulations and building standards
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Familiarity with financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheets
