Google Cloud Partner Manager
Commercial / London
Work where work matters.
We are a global technology group built for what's next, offering high calibre professionals the platform for high stakes work, the kind of work that defines an entire career. When you join us, you're not just taking on projects, you're solving problems that don't even have answers yet.
You will join an exclusive roster of talent that global leaders, including Google, Snap, Diageo, PayPal, and Jaguar Land Rover call when deadlines seem impossible, when others have already tried and failed, and when the solution absolutely has to work.
Forget routine consultancy. You will operate where technology, design, and human behaviour meet to deliver tangible outcomes, fast. This is work that leaves a mark, work you'll be proud to tell your friends about.
We are looking for a Google Cloud Partner Manager to be the primary bridge between Qodea and Google Cloud's UKI organisation. This isn't just a relationship management role; it's a strategic growth position. Your mission is to align Qodea's unique capabilities with Google's strategic goals, driving mutual growth through a deep understanding of the Google Partner Network program and co-selling methods.
We look for people who embody:
Innovation to solve the hardest problems.
Accountability for every result.
Integrity always.
Requirements
At Qodea, we believe in work that leaves a mark. This role is for the innovative people who thrive on solving problems that don't have answers yet, for those who are accountable for tangible outcomes, and for individuals who act with integrity when it absolutely has to work.
Role Responsibilities:
* Strategic Alignment: Build and execute a joint business plan (JBP) with Google Cloud, ensuring Qodea's offerings (Data, AI, Security, Infra) are front-of-mind for Google's Account Executives (AEs) and Partner Development Managers (PDMs).
* Co-Sell Leadership: Drive "Partner Sourced" and "Partner Influenced" revenue by identifying opportunities early and navigating the Google Cloud co-sell motion (Deal Registration, Funding Requests, and Marketplace).
* Ecosystem Navigation: Act as the subject matter expert on Google's internal organizational structure, understanding how to map Qodea's technical experts to Google's industry pods.
* Outcome Focus: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including pipeline velocity, win rates, and partner-sourced ACV.
* Enablement and Advocacy: Educate Google teams on Qodea's differentiators (e.g., our status as a Global Strategic Cyber Security Partner) while keeping internal Qodea teams updated on Google's latest incentives and program changes.
Essential Experience:
You are a "doer" who understands that the best partnerships are built on trust and tangible results. You know your way around a Google Cloud scorecard and aren't afraid to dive into the data to prove value.
* Google Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working within or alongside Google Cloud. You must understand Google Partner Network, Competencies (Specializations) and the nuances of the Google UKI sales culture.
* Outcome Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets through channel/partner-led motions.
* Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into "Go-To-Market" (GTM) messaging that resonates with both Google sales teams and C-suite clients.
* Location: Based in London or the Home Counties, with the ability to travel to Qodea's London office (Chancery Lane) and Google's London offices regularly for high-touch collaboration.
Desirable Experience:
* Existing relationships within Google Cloud UKI.
* Experience with the Google Cloud Marketplace and commercial deal structuring.
* Knowledge of specific industries such as Financial Services, Retail, or the Public Sector.
