Monday-Friday 8:30pm – 5pm
Salary: £25K DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
Position:
The sales coordinator is a pivotal role within the sales department, ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities by supporting both internal teams and external clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and follow up on quotations for all existing customers and spare business.
* Collaborate with production and stock management team to meet delivery expectations.
* Address customer inquiries regarding shipping dates, logistics, technical details, and information requests including documentation requests.
* Assist the outside sales team by providing necessary information, quotations, and handling customer/ prospect requests as needed.
* Maintain and verify the accuracy and integrity of sales data across multiple platforms, including internal databases, partner portals, and CRM systems.
* Participate in daily production meetings.
* Discuss new orders and advise on late deliveries and update production schedules accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales support role or similar.
* Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* A team player with a high level of dedication.
* Ability to work under [strict deadlines and KPI’s.
* Proficiency in MS office and CRM software.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
