Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our TauroPharm UK business unit. This is a great opportunity to combine your creativity, organisation, and communication skills to deliver impactful campaigns that support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver events (meetings, exhibitions, webinars, customer events) including follow-up and ROI tracking.
* Create and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and product documents, ensuring compliance with brand and clinical standards.
* Develop and schedule social media content (LinkedIn and more), monitor engagement, and report on performance.
* Work closely with the Portfolio Marketing Manager and wider teams, liaising with suppliers/agencies, gathering competitor insights, and providing tailored resources for sales and clinical colleagues.
What we’re looking for
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or events (healthcare/life sciences experience is a plus).
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel to meetings, events, and exhibitions required).
Desirable (not essential)
* CIM or higher-level marketing qualifications.
* Knowledge of NHS structures and terminology.
* Awareness of compliance in regulated/clinical environments.
* Experience with digital marketing tools or basic design software (Adobe, Canva).
